2. Vendor Account and Obligations

By creating a vendor account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Vendors are solely responsible for the content, pricing, and sale of their products.

3. Commission and Fees

By listing products on our platform, vendors agree to pay a 10% commission on the total revenue from each sale made through The Women’s Marketplace.

4. Taxes

Vendors are solely responsible for all taxes, including VAT, associated with their use of the marketplace.

5. Intellectual Property

Vendors grant The Women’s Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content uploaded on the platform for promotional and other related purposes.

6. Liability

Vendors agree to indemnify The Women’s Marketplace from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of their breach of these Terms of Use, or their violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

7. Prohibited Items

Vendors are not allowed to list or sell illegal or offensive items, including but not limited to items related to hate speech, violence, or racial or ethnic intolerance.

8. Returns and Refunds

Vendors are required to post and abide by their return policy. Vendors must resolve any return or refund disputes directly with the customer.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
